Five Things To Remember On Oct. 15

In case you missed it: The USCCB will vote for the secretary-elect of the Conference and the chairmen-elect of five committees during the bishops’ annual fall General Assembly, November 11-14, in Baltimore. Each bishop elected will serve for one year as secretary-elect or chairman-elect before beginning a three-year term.

4.We are just two weeks away from the start of National Vocation Awareness Week, which is dedicated to promoting vocations to the priesthood, diaconate and consecrated life through prayer and education, and to renew our prayers and support for those who are considering one of these particular vocations.
