Five Things To Remember On Jan. 25

1               1.    Pope Benedict’s tweeted his support for the thousands of people taking part in the March for Life today in Washington, writing: “I join all those marching for life from afar, and pray that political leaders will protect the unborn and promote a culture of life.”

2               2.    Cardinal Seán O’Malley of Boston, chairman of the U.S. Bishops’ Committee on Pro-Life Activitie, was the Principal Celebrant at the opening Mass for the National Prayer Vigil for Life in Washington Jan. 24.  You can watch his inspirational homily, courtesy of Rocco Palmo at Whispers in the Loggia.

         3. Throughout this week, we have published a series of blogs to the Pro-Life. Yesterday, Sarah Vabulas of Catholic Drinkie offered a great reflection on potential, while Julia Smucker of Vox Nova takes a look at the nature of choice when it comes to life.

       4. Finding balance in your life is all the more difficult these days thanks to social media. Sister Mary Ann Walsh looks at how a Catholic can.

5. God loves you.
